- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Hate' does nothing but Social Security Reviews for the Florida Dept of Health. I guess many of the people that he sees lie to him about their conditions so they can get Social Security Disability. This has caused him to be very negative towards ALL of the patients that see him. He comes across as arrogant and just downright mean. He is, without a doubt, the worst doctor I have ever had the misfortune to have examin me. He dosen't listen and is extremely dismissive. I would not let this quack wipe my a## much less trust him with my health. Social Security needs to toss him as one of it's doctors that review clients.
